Duties Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing rapport and understanding their wireless needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and plan options effectively Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories, emphasizing upselling opportunities to maximize satisfaction and sales Handle all aspects of POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products Perform stock replenishment and inventory checks regularly to keep the store inviting and well-stocked Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about phone etiquette, troubleshooting issues, and offering personalized recommendations based on customer preferences Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse customer base effectively Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
