What You'll Earn Commission-only compensation structure — your income is unlimited Top performers earn $80,000-$150,000+ per year Weekly pay on closed and collected jobs Performance bonuses for hitting monthly and seasonal milestones What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods following storm events to identify roofing damage Conduct thorough on-site roof inspections and document findings with photos Walk homeowners through the insurance claims process from inspection to approval Close contracts on-site and manage your pipeline through our CRM Collaborate with production team to ensure seamless project handoff Build a referral network through outstanding customer service What We're Looking For 1+ year of roofing or construction sales experience (REQUIRED) Proven ability to self-generate leads and close contracts door-to-door Familiarity with the residential insurance claims process Comfortable on ladders and conducting roof inspections Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CRM experience preferred (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or similar) A relentless work ethic and competitive drive Why Doctor Roof?
