If you're looking for more than just a job and want an opportunity to build a career in sales, this is the perfect place to start. We provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you develop valuable communication and sales skills while creating unlimited growth opportunities within our organization. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to introduce our free termite inspection program and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. As you gain experience and demonstrate success, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a closing role and leadership positions. No pest control or sales experience is required. We've found that individuals from retail, restaurants, hospitality, fitness, customer service, and other people-focused industries often excel because they enjoy connecting with others and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
