Job Description

Impact 1 Financial is expanding in the Gastonia area and seeking a Territory Sales Representative to help grow our presence within the local business community. In this role, you'll work directly with business owners, develop new business within your territory, and build a strong client base over time. We're looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of their market while representing a company built on integrity and long-term relationships. What You'll Do As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships across your territory. Build a client base through in-person meetings, referrals, and networking. Conduct professional sales presentations and educate prospective clients on available products and services Work independently while staying connected to a supportive leadership team. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses throughout your territory. Use our CRM to track leads, manage activity, and grow your book of business.
