Job Description

Development Associate Reports to:
Director of Financial Resource Development Status:
Full-time exempt

Salary Range:
$40,000-45,000 The Greensboro Jewish Federation builds community among the Jewish people of Greensboro, assuring continuity from generation to generation. Recognizing that each Jew is responsible, one for another, the Federation promotes the welfare of the Jewish people in our community, in Israel, and worldwide. Locally, the Federation offers programming, networking and social events, scholarships and grants; brokers community relations; advocates for Israel; and organizes city-wide religious observances and celebrations.
Position Summary:
The Development Associate supports the fundraising, outreach, and community-building efforts of the Greensboro Jewish Federation. Working closely with the Director of Financial Resource Development (FRD), this role helps implement the Annual Campaign and engage affinity groups. This position also coordinates and executes planning and marketing for events and missions. It is a great opportunity for a creative, organized, and relationship-oriented professional who wants to work as part of a collaborative team to make a difference in our Jewish community.
