At Elite Realty Group , powered by PLACE , we're searching for an Inside Sales Agent Partner eager to drive team growth through proactive outreach. Your focus will be on making outbound calls, turning conversations into appointments, and delivering a strong, positive first impression for both clients and agents. This is an in-office position centered on lead generation, rapid response, diligent follow-up, appointment coordination, database engagement, and fostering agent collaboration. You won't be responsible for showing homes, attending inspections, drafting offers, or managing the entire in-person client journey. Instead, your mission is to generate opportunities, cultivate relationships, schedule quality appointments, and seamlessly connect clients with the ideal agent partner—always with clarity, care, and confidence. This role suits agents who thrive on meaningful conversations, value consistency and structure, and achieve success through daily, focused activity. While your commission per deal may be lower than that of a traditional field agent, the trade-off is greater volume, steadier opportunities, and an improved work-life balance. Expect fewer late nights, minimal weekend work, and less time rushing between showings—allowing you to concentrate on high-impact tasks: creating conversations that convert into clients. When rapid lead response, persistent follow-up, and strong agent collaboration align, the result is an enhanced client experience and a more reliable income stream. Responsibilities Make outgoing calls daily to leads, past clients, database contacts, open house guests, internet inquiries, and other team-generated opportunities Respond quickly to new leads and incoming inquiries through phone, text, email, and CRM systems Execute speed-to-lead standards to create a strong first impression and improve conversion Qualify buyer and seller leads based on motivation, timeline, goals, needs, and readiness Set quality appointments for team agents with clear notes, expectations, and next steps Nurture leads through consistent follow-up until they are ready to meet with an agent Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, appointments, notes, and follow-up tasks in PLACE technology Partner closely with buyer agents, listing agents, leadership, and operations to create a smooth handoff for clients Use scripts, dialogues, and proven conversion systems to improve appointment-setting results Participate in weekly coaching, script practice, team meetings, and skill-building sessions Track daily and weekly activities, including calls, contacts, appointments set, appointments held, and conversion results Help create a high-level client experience through clear communication, professionalism, urgency, and care Follow team standards, systems, and accountability expectations Contribute to a positive, collaborative, growth-focused team culture Stay focused on the goal: creating more conversations, more appointments, more opportunities, and more clients served Compensation is commission-based and tied to appointments, closings, and team-generated opportunities. This role is designed to provide the opportunity for more consistency through higher volume and strong team partnership. Income depends on activity, conversion, follow-up, appointments set, closings, and implementation of the systems.
