Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources (APR) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join a growing team within the industrial manufacturing sector. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments: supporting the full sales cycle from quoting to order fulfillment.

Burlington, NC Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour

Contract / Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to customers and sales teams via phone, email, and online platforms Prepare and issue quotes based on customer specifications and project requirements Research bid opportunities and project details Enter and process purchase orders accurately within an ERP system Follow up on open quotes, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage shipments and delivery schedules Track shipments and assist with resolving order discrepancies or returns Maintain organized sales records, including orders, shipping documentation, and pricing Support reporting, data entry, and internal communication across departments Collaborate with production and inventory teams to confirm product availability and lead times Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams Assist with additional duties and occasional trade show support as needed
