Duties Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently and safely Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing options, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential Assist customers with pricing inquiries, product comparisons, and purchase decisions while maintaining excellent customer service standards Perform heavy lifting as needed to stock shelves, load products for delivery, or set up displays in retail or client locations Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route schedules, and customer interactions for accurate reporting Apply merchandising techniques to ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards Skills Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with excellent communication skills Ability to perform detailed math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and order totals accurately Strong organizational skills to manage route schedules and inventory efficiently Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and experience with route driving or delivery driving preferred Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks required in merchandising or stock replenishment Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your career!
