Job Description
Protect 1 Family is expanding in the Hendersonville area and hiring a Sales Team Leader to join our team. We're looking for a motivated, dependable professional who is ready to challenge themselves, build strong business relationships, and grow into increased responsibility through consistent performance and leadership by example. This is a sales-first position where you'll work directly with local businesses in your territory, meeting with business owners and decision makers, presenting solutions, and building long-term relationships within your market. Success in this role comes from professionalism, consistency, communication skills, and the ability to stay self-motivated while working independently throughout the week. What You'll Do Manage an assigned local territory and meet in person with business owners and decision makers. Present options clearly and confidently in meetings Build long term relationships and follow up with new and existing accounts Track your progress and client interactions using our CRM tools Participate in hands on training, including leadership development and weekly meetings. Lead by example through consistency, professionalism, and strong work ethic As you gain experience and reach performance milestones, opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership are available. What Makes You a Strong Fit Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport quickly Able to manage your time and work independently throughout the week Open to coaching and willing to follow a proven system Organized, professional, and able to stay focused in a performance-driven environment Background in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required What You'll Get First year earnings range: $80,000 to $120,000 Monthly performance bonuses and advancement opportunities tied to results Hands-on field training combined with ongoing coaching and development A professional team environment built on support, accountability, and recognition for strong performance At Protect 1 Family, resumes are reviewed by real people and interviews are led directly by our recruiting team.
