About the Role We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest in our training programs. You'll inspire, guide, and enroll applicants as they take the first step toward a better future. This is a high-energy, high-volume B2C sales position ideal for confident closers—especially those who excel at building trust, motivating others, and helping people change their lives. All leads are warm — no cold calling. Ideal candidates come from home improvement, auto sales, or other high-ticket closing roles. Not A FIt for call center, retail, or insurance sales backgrounds. What You'll Do Make 50-100+ outbound calls per day, plus texts and emails to inbound prospects Build rapport and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process Explain program options, financing opportunities, and job placement support Motivate and support students as they commit to starting a new career Manage, update, and track leads in our CRM (HubSpot) Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals Represent TransTech with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm What We're Looking For Proven B2C sales experience ( Automotive , Solar, Trade School Admissions, High Ticket Consumer Sales, etc.) Not a fit for call center, retail, or insurance sales backgrounds.
