Sales & Office Assistant

This is a full-time role where you will work together with a sales manager to increase online sales and be a point of contact for after-sales—assisting our fantastic customers all across the United States. Qualifications:

Experience with sales Ideally experience with e-commerce operations Minimum basic Furniture / interior design knowledge Well spoken Presentable appearance Quick learner Get it done attitude Ability to work independently Patient and responsive Strong communication skills (Ampel growth and training opportunities) Your responsibilities: Communicate with potential customers about their new homes and furnishing needs Follow up with potential leads Responding to phone calls and scheduling appointments with the sales manager Record furniture video presentations for customers Respond to customer queries Prepare quotes and furniture mockups General office help Assistance with purchasing stock, consumables, and sample shipment This is a flexible role that involves different tasks every day.
