Responsibilities Engage with customers in person and via phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct upselling by presenting additional options that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Manage route driving to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety standards Perform merchandising tasks to ensure products are well-displayed and appealing to customers Assist with pricing strategies by understanding product value and market trends Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Handle heavy lifting and organize stock on shelves or in storage areas as needed Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route schedules, and inventory levels Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Experience or familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling and customer engagement Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Ability to perform route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations Physical ability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts Organizational skills to manage routes, stock displays, and customer information effectively Military experience is considered an asset due to discipline and teamwork skills Join us if you're passionate about sales, eager to grow your career, and ready to make a positive impact through exceptional customer service!
