Sales Representative

Palm Haven NC is looking for a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing construction and remodeling team. This role focuses on meeting with homeowners, building detailed project estimates, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial consultation to project approval. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with clients, organized in handling multiple projects, and motivated to close deals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners to understand their project goals and vision Take accurate measurements, photos, and notes during site visits Create clear, detailed, and professional project estimates Help clients establish a realistic budget for their project Explain Palm Haven's process, timelines, and expectations Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process Follow up on leads and proposals to close sales Present upgrade options and additional features to enhance projects Coordinate with the production team for a smooth project handoff Company Process (What You'll Represent): We use in-house crews — no subcontracting core work Projects are completed Monday through Friday without jumping between jobs Strong focus on quality control, consistency, and professionalism Clear communication and customer satisfaction are top priorities

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (construction or home services preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to build trust and close deals Comfortable taking measurements and documenting job sites Self-motivated and goal-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with construction or remodeling estimates Knowledge of building materials and project workflows

Compensation:

Commission-based or base + commission (depending on experience) Performance-based bonuses available

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday Occasional evenings or weekends based on customer availability

Pay:

$32,000.00 - $42,400.00 per year
