Customer Communication & Lead Management Answer incoming customer calls and schedule appointments for the Sales Department Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership processes, scripts, and templates Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information Direct customers to the appropriate dealership resources and departments Follow up with customers who are not yet ready to schedule or who missed appointments CRM & Administrative Support Utilize the dealership CRM system daily to track customer communication and appointments Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities Assist with additional administrative and dealership support tasks as assigned by management Team Support & Customer Experience Assist with overflow Service Department calls and appointment scheduling according to dealership guidelines Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience on every interaction Support dealership sales goals through strong communication and appointment-setting skills What You Bring Positive, persuasive, and outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and improve Strong computer and multitasking abilities Professional, prompt, and dependable work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements:
