Self-serving egos and those who accept mediocrity need not apply. The Project Developer Role At DiFabion Remodeling, you're much more than a "salesperson". You have the unique opportunity to guide a client from start to finish as their "trusted advisor", developing the project of their dreams. You will be trained in a proven process, listening to prospective clients and communicating how DiFabion is uniquely positioned to help them realize their custom, home remodeling needs, ultimately turning them into raving fans and clients for life! Responsibilities The Project Developer guides each client through our process and is the driving force behind how the project is interpreted, budgeted, designed, and executed. You will be collaborating with an amazing team of in-house designers, project managers, and master craftsmen, ensuring the development and execution of each project meets the standards of our reputation and expectations of the client. Qualifications Proven success in a sales role, preferably residential design/build remodeling or home improvement Design experience is a plus Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present clearly and effectively Acumen to learn and implement a new, well-defined sales process Utilize technology-based CRM, file management, and presentation platforms Willing to collaborate closely amongst a talented team of professionals, with the clients' best interests ALWAYS in mind Maintain expert knowledge of our services and industry products and trends Motivated, disciplined, results driven, self-starter Compensation and Benefits Paid training, then Base salary + commission or full commission, your choice Average annual earning potential- $100-200K+ Monthly gas allowance 401K Retirement plan with employer match Paid Vacation and PTO (earned tenure-based) Health and Dental/Vision Insurance Flexible schedule (earned)
