Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and drive success through exceptional customer service and expert vehicle knowledge! Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate product availability information Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities Upsell additional products and services, including warranties, accessories, or financing options to enhance revenue Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during outbound calls, in-person meetings, and public speaking engagements at promotional events Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products and services Demonstrated ability in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments Strong negotiation skills coupled with organizational skills for managing multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Experience in dealership environments or automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Strong communication skills for public speaking engagements or marketing events; proficiency in outbound sales strategies including cold calling Embark on a career where your enthusiasm for automobiles meets your talent for building relationships! Pay:
$85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
