$19•20/hour plus commission

$46,000•58,000 About the Inside Sales Position We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate pest management solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance efficiency with empathy. Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls/emails Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate pest control solutions (training provided) Deliver a professional, friendly, and informative customer experience Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Communicate with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms Accurately enter and manage customer data Prepare and send digital proposals and secure customer approvals Coordinate with scheduling to ensure services are properly booked and completed Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Perform additional administrative duties as needed

$45,000.00•$55,000.00 per year
