The Role We are seeking a Full-Time Jewelry Sales Consultant who is motivated by helping customers, building long-term relationships, and contributing to a positive team culture. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a consultative sales approach, takes pride in professionalism and follow-through, and thrives in a community-focused environment. The successful candidate will confidently present and close sales, follow up with customers between visits, and execute store processes accurately while collaborating with the team. Key Performance Expectations (KPIs) Success in this role includes consistent achievement in: Merchandise and personal sales goals Repair intake accuracy and follow-through Care plan or service add-on attachment Participation in store promotions and special events Daily client follow-up and outreach Delivering exceptional customer service that generates positive reviews Performance is measured by professionalism, results, accountability, and accuracy.
