Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, and customer interactions. Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Assist customers with pricing inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting to foster positive experiences. Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or merchandise, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage daily routes, schedules, and inventory levels effectively. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate with team members. Qualifications Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory management. Proven ability in sales or customer service roles with excellent communication skills. Experience in upselling products or services to increase revenue opportunities. Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Organizational skills necessary for route planning, and merchandising tasks.
