We're looking for a driven outside sales professional to expand a well-established territory. If you're a hunter who thrives on cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals , this is a high-income opportunity in a recession-resistant industry. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling + in-person visits ) Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships Secure recurring service agreements Attend networking events and generate referrals Track activity and opportunities in CRM What We Offer Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential) Established territory with existing relationships + room to grow Strong operational team to support your sales efforts High-demand, essential service (customers always need us) Opportunity to grow into sales leadership What We're Looking For 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience Proven success with prospecting and closing new business Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Experience with CRM tools Excellent time management and organization Compensation Base + commission.
