Job Description

Company Overview Apex World Export is an international distribution and sourcing company specializing in equipment, tools, industrial supplies, logistics coordination, and global trade solutions across multiple industries and international markets. The company works with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and commercial clients throughout the United States and overseas. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Coordinator to help structure and manage our financial operations, project tracking, payments, vendor balances, and accounting systems. Position Overview We are seeking a GENUINE, professional, and reliable Sales & Business Development Coordinator to support the company's growth and commercial development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, following up on leads, coordinating quotations and commercial offers, and assisting with overall sales operations and customer communication. We are specifically looking for someone who is highly organized, self-managing, proactive, comfortable communicating with clients professionally, and capable of helping structure and grow the company's sales activities long-term. The selected candidate must be comfortable using modern AI tools, CRM systems, online sourcing platforms, and automation technologies to improve sales organization, lead generation, reporting, and operational efficiency. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, and organizational discipline. We are looking for a long-term team member fully dedicated to this position. The selected candidate must not be simultaneously employed or actively working for another company during the course of this engagement. Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities and business relationships Follow up with existing and prospective clients Coordinate quotations, commercial offers, and client communication Assist with supplier sourcing and pricing coordination Maintain and organize sales pipelines and lead tracking systems Coordinate with management regarding active projects, opportunities, and priorities Support international business development activities Utilize AI tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems to improve sales workflows and organization Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and project communications Assist with proposal preparation and tender/RFQ coordination Schedule and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and sales reporting reviews Help structure and improve the company's sales organization and operational systems Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and management teams when needed Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and partners Assist with market research and identification of new commercial opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial coordination required Strong organizational and communication skills Professional presentation and client communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects, leads, and client follow-ups simultaneously Comfortable using AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern technology Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Must be professional, self-managing, proactive, and highly organized Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills Proof of successful sales/business development experience and skill set will be required Experience with international trade, distribution, sourcing, logistics, recycling, industrial equipment, or import/export industries is a plus Multilingual abilities are considered an asset Preferred Skills CRM software and lead management AI-assisted sales and workflow organization International sourcing and supplier communication Proposal and quotation preparation Excel / Google Sheets Tender and RFQ coordination Client relationship management Sales reporting and pipeline management Digital organization systems What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can help Apex World Export create a strong and organized commercial structure where: client relationships are professionally managed, opportunities are consistently followed up, quotations and commercial offers are organized efficiently, sales activities are structured and documented, AI and technology are used to improve efficiency, and management has clear visibility over ongoing opportunities and business development activities. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall business development capabilities.
