Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to become the first dedicated sales professional in our growing restoration company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face relationship building and wants the autonomy of being their own boss while being supported by a well-established operation. Our company specializes in restoration and construction services for multifamily properties and commercial clients. You will be our first dedicated Sales Representative. That means real impact and real opportunity. You won't be micromanaged — you'll be trusted. Your success will directly influence the company's expansion and your own income potential. You work includes visiting properties in person, introducing our services, delivering marketing materials, and building lasting partnerships with property managers and maintenance leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company and significantly elevate their compensation through performance. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to generate new business opportunities within assigned territories. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Visit multifamily properties and commercial businesses in person to introduce our company and services Meet property managers, maintenance supervisors, and decision-makers Deliver brochures, business cards, and promotional offers Build authentic, lasting relationships through consistent follow-up Identify new opportunities for restoration and construction services Maintain communication with leadership regarding leads and market feedback Learn the fundamentals of our services so you can confidently explain how we help client Compensation Guaranteed base pay Performance-based commission
Experience & Qualifications Required Experience:
Existing relationships within multifamily property management, commercial property management, or maintenance leadership (strongly preferred) Experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through close and follow-up Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking outreach, follow-ups, and performance Experience developing or contributing to multiple marketing streams (in-person outreach, email campaigns, referral programs, networking groups, social media, association involvement, etc.) Strong understanding of sales tactics including prospecting, objection handling, relationship-based selling, and long-term account managementPreferred Background:
Experience selling services to multifamily or commercial properties Experience in restoration, construction, facilities maintenance, or related industries Experience working independently in a territory-based or outside sales role Ability to analyze results and adjust sales strategies based on performance dataBenefits:
