Compensation :
Base $85,000 - $100,000 along with performance-based bonus opportunities. As we expand our market presence in the Midwest, we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative who thrives on building lasting partnerships and delivering growth. Remote position Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets through distribution Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial partners. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivering training and product demonstrations. Build long-term partnerships by providing outstanding service and innovative solutions. Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Represent SFS at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits across the Midwest. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets through distribution Qualifications Proven record of outperforming sales targets in fasteners, tools, or related industrial/automotive markets. Strong technical aptitude - able to explain specifications and applications with confidence. Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management. Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a multi-state territory. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
