About this role We are a fintech company in the Raleigh/Triangle area and we are hiring entry-level Financial Sales Consultants to join our on-site team. In this role you will help individuals and businesses open and manage investment accounts, cryptocurrency portfolios, and other digital financial products. This is a W-2, full-time position with a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commission. You get the stability of a real paycheck and the upside of unlimited earning potential — the best of both structures. No prior experience in finance is required. We will train you from the ground up. What makes this different from a typical entry-level job Most entry-level roles put you in a lane and keep you there for years. This role is built for people who want to move fast. You will be learning the fastest-growing sector in financial services — fintech, digital investing, and cryptocurrency — while building a high-income sales career on a clear timeline to leadership. Your compensation — base plus commission.
How you get paid:
Base salary$24,000-$36,000/year; Commission per closed account; Paid on top of base • uncapped. On-target earnings (OTE) — year one$50,000-$75000. Your growth path Months 1-3 Onboarding and product trainingLearn our platform, products, and sales process. Get licensed if needed. Make your first client consultations. Months 4-9 Build your book and hit OTE. Own a full pipeline of investment and crypto account clients. Consistently hit monthly targets. Commission starts compounding on your base. Months 10-18 Senior consultant or team lead track. Top performers are considered for senior roles and team leadership positions. Manage a small team while maintaining your own book. Year 2-3 Manager or Director of SalesLead a full team. Your income is driven by team production plus personal commission. Most of our managers started in this exact role.

What you will be doing Consult with individuals and businesses about investment accounts, crypto portfolios, and digital financial products Open and onboard new accounts and guide clients through their first transactions Build and manage a client pipeline Follow up with warm leads and referrals to grow your book of business Stay current on fintech trends, crypto markets, and investment products through ongoing training Collaborate with the team in our Raleigh office and attend weekly sales meetings Work toward team leadership and management responsibilities Products and services you will sell Individual and joint investment accounts Cryptocurrency trading and portfolio accounts Digital banking and savings products Retirement and wealth-building accounts (IRA, Roth IRA) Business financial accounts and payment solutions What we provide Full product training — no prior fintech knowledge required A dedicated sales manager and mentor during your first 90 days Clear, written promotion criteria — you always know exactly what it takes to move up Degrees and backgrounds that perform well here No specific degree is required.
