The Division of Campus Enterprises offers opportunities for employment across our retail and hospitality units. Wolfpack Outfitters is seeking an energetic individual as a Lead Sales Associate to provide superior customer service to the campus community.

Essential duties include:

Greeting customers and responding to customers' questions Directing customers to merchandise within the store and online Setting up sales floor Maintaining accurate records and a clean department Assisting with training staff Opening and closing the store Other duties as assigned to ensure NC State Stores' business needs are met. We offer flexible schedules and opportunity for learning, growth, and promotion. Dedicated and experienced professional staff are available to provide on-the-job training and assistance so you become a successful member of the team. This is a temporary, hourly position with a mandatory 32-day break at the end of 24 months. Excellent performance during this time may provide an opportunity to renew employment and/or advance.
