Job description Bleecker Auto Group in Red Springs, NC is seeking qualified and experienced Car Sales Professionals with a go-getter attitude, professional appearance, and great customer service skills to join our team. As courteous and trustworthy experts on all Buick and GMC models, technology, our talented Sales Professionals provide a stress-free purchase experience for our customers and are responsible for helping them select a vehicle that meets their everyday need while maintaining minimum sales and delivery quotas according to dealership standards.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explains fully (product performance ,application and benefits) to prospects.
  • Offers test drives to all prospects, following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drives.
  • Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains records on regular customer, following up periodically by phone, mail, or personal reminders.
  • Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
  • Schedules first service appointment. Introduces customer to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department.
  • Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag, title work and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
  • Maintains a prospect development system.
  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer service satisfaction.
  • Attends sales meetings on time.
