FULL-TIME CONTRACTOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Contractor Call Center Representatives:

Automated dialing

EXPERIENCED

in a call center: 2 years in Sales. Necessary equipment and stable internet to perform duties (If work-at-home) Professional work environment that is quiet (If work-at-home) Positive attitude Competitive drive Highly energetic Outgoing personality Professional and courteous demeanor Reliable and punctual when scheduled to work High School Diploma or GED A minimum of 4 CXC passes must include Mathematics and English Previous outbound call center experience and/or sales experience Call Center Sales Representatives Contractors are provided with: Paid training and in-person training at our facility in Kingston, St. Andrew or St.

James Performance based bonuses (Uncapped) Industry leading compensation

Job Type:

Up to 40+ hours a week available

Pay:

Base starting at $550 Up to $750/hr• (JMD) (based on Experience)

PLUS:

$300 - $2,000 hourly (JMD)

In Bonus & Commissions Schedule:

Monday to Sunday (5 days scheduled) On-Site 8am - 8pm 7 days a week Weekend availability

Full-Time Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

a mininum of Two (2) year Sales, Collections and Outbound is the preferred call center experience
