What You'll Do Conduct on-site and in-home consultations with small business and residential clients Design, present, and sell alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control solutions Manage your pipeline from prospecting through close Build referral relationships and generate repeat business Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Maintain detailed CRM documentation and accurate contract submissions Stay current on competitive offerings and industry trends What We're Looking For 2+ years of security, alarm, smart home, or related in-home sales experience Experience in B2B sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas Experience designing, selling, and executing security solutions Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections Professional presence with a consultative sales approach Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits Salary starting at $40,000 ( negotiable on experience ) + uncapped commission.
