Job Description

Sales Administration CoordinatorLocation:
Vass, NC (100% onsite)
Salary:
$45-50K + benefits
Experience:

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management:
Process, update, and track orders; coordinate with production/shipping; resolve discrepancies
Customer Support:
Handle inquiries, provide order updates, manage documentation, resolve/escalate issues
Sales Support:
Prepare quotes/proposals; maintain accurate customer data
Inventory Coordination:
Partner with production/logistics on stock levels, backorders, and lead times
Documentation:
Maintain order records, ensure compliance with required documents
Reporting:
Assist with sales reports, forecasts, and trend analysisQualifications RequiredHigh school diploma + 2+ years experience in sales administration or customer serviceStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage priorities independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Nice to haveSpanishManufacturing/industrial experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, matching 401K (up to 5%), PTO
