Job Description
We are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our team as In person Direct to Home Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to introduce smart home technology solutions Educate potential customers on products such as security systems, automation devices, and energy-efficient upgrades Build rapport, handle objections, and confidently present solutions Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets Track leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions Continuously learn product knowledge and sales techniquesQualifications:
Recent high school graduate, college student, or recent graduate Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive mindset with a competitive edge Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people daily No prior sales experience required (training provided)What We Offer:
