Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Demonstrate product features through detailed product demos, including lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and remodeling materials Provide layout design advice using tools like SketchUp or CAD to help clients visualize their projects Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage inside sales activities, including order processing via POS systems and cash handling with accuracy Assist customers with product selection, merchandising displays, and stock organization to create an inviting shopping environment Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new clients and boost showroom traffic Maintain thorough knowledge of renovation, construction, lighting design, and interior design trends to offer expert guidance Support ongoing customer account management by following up on inquiries and ensuring seamless service delivery Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping experience Familiarity with merchandising, product demos, POS systems, cash handling, and retail Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels, customer accounts, and marketing efforts Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative independently Join us today to be part of a lively environment where your passion for design and sales can truly shine!
