Job Description

Help Wanted:
Outside Salesperson. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Salesperson to join our flooring store team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers with flooring solutions for their homes or businesses. Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, and local outreach Meet with residential and commercial customers on-site Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships Coordinate with office staff and installers to ensure successful projects Stay informed about flooring products, trends, and promotions Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Basic computer and smartphone skills Flooring, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Commission and bonus opportunities Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Growth opportunities Schedule Full-time preferred
