This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience, strong networking skills, or existing relationships within the construction industry who wants unlimited earning potential through commissions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and construction-related businesses. Generate new dumpster rental accounts and recurring customers. Visit job sites, offices, and networking events to introduce our services. Follow up with leads and prospects. Educate customers on dumpster sizes, pricing, and rental options. Coordinate customer needs with our operations team. Identify opportunities to increase repeat business and referrals. Compensation Commission-Only Position Earn a commission for every dumpster rental sold. No cap on earnings—the more you sell, the more you make. Opportunity to build recurring accounts that generate ongoing commission income. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Knowledge of the construction, roofing, remodeling, or landscaping industries is a plus. Reliable transportation for local business development activities.
