We're growing our team and looking for motivated Sales Consultants who want to control their income, learn a proven process, and be part of a supportive dealership culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers in-person, online, and by phone to understand their vehicle needs Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery Building long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service Working closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth buying experience Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills A self-starter mindset with a desire to win and grow Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism Valid driver's license and clean driving record
