Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Store Manager at our vibrant retail location! In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your bilingual skills will enable you to connect with a diverse customer base, ensuring everyone feels valued and understood. As a key leader, you'll motivate and develop your team, manage inventory and merchandising, and implement strategies to maximize store performance. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing team Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and shift management Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and product knowledge sharing Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to ensure attractive displays and product availability Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Conduct employee interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and support onboarding processes for new team members Maintain accurate payroll records, bookkeeping, and store financials while adhering to budgeting guidelines Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and sales tracking with precision Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Requirements Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments with supervisory responsibilities Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing, and recruiting processes Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation, supervision experience, and effective communication skills Knowledge of retail math concepts such as pricing strategies and sales analytics Ability to manage budgets, perform retail merchandising tasks, and oversee stock levels accurately Familiarity with wireless sales products or telecom services is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us as we empower our customers through innovative solutions while fostering an inclusive environment where your leadership can truly shine!
