This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging directly with people, building relationships face-to-face, and driving sales through confident, in-person conversations. About the Role As a Customer Sales Representative, you will represent the company directly to customers in person, whether at retail locations, kiosks, residential areas, business districts, or community events. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting products or services, and closing sales through direct, face-to-face interaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Approach and engage potential customers in person to introduce products or services. Deliver clear, compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs. Identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions. Close sales and process sign-ups, applications, or transactions on the spot. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Follow up with prospects who require additional information before committing. Relationship Building Build rapport quickly and establish trust with new customers. Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor at all times. Handle objections and rejection professionally, without losing momentum. Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information. Represent the brand positively in every face-to-face interaction. Field & Territory Operations Work assigned locations, routes, or territories to maximize customer reach. Set up and maintain sales materials, displays, or kiosks as needed. Track daily leads, conversions, and sales activity for reporting purposes. Coordinate with team leads on schedules, territories, and campaign priorities. Ensure compliance with company sales scripts, policies, and ethical standards. Team Collaboration Work closely with team members and supervisors to hit campaign goals. Participate in daily briefings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training. Share successful sales techniques and feedback with the team. Contribute to a competitive, motivated, and supportive sales environment. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
