Job Description

What You'll Do As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting our clients' growth initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social channels to generate interest Scheduling qualified meetings for clients Understanding client offerings and identifying potential customer needs Passing qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for closing Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers Building, maintaining, and expanding a pipeline of prospects What We're Looking For Previous inside sales experience or a strong willingness to learn and succeed in sales Confidence and professionalism on the phone; experience with high call volume is a plus Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening, organization, and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A positive, driven attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation (hourly pay plus commission) Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Additional coverage options including AD&D, accident, and critical illness 401(k) plan with company match A supportive, energetic team environment Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM North State Consulting is an equal opportunity employer.
