Inside Sales Representative Charter Medical, LLC - 3.4 Winston-Salem, NC Job Details 1 hour ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description What we are looking for: The Inside Sales Representative works collaboratively with the outside sales force to proactively increase revenue, sales pipeline, and market share. In addition, they will work cross-functionally across all commercial activities to support the commercial team in delivering delightful and effective customer experiences. 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm What you will do: Prepares and delivers quotes for small order inquiries and sets up new customer accounts as needed. Partners with Customer Service to identify customer needs. Writes proposals and completes Requests for Quotes (RFQs) with the outside sales team and Product Development. Supports trade shows, conventions, and expositions. Manages leads through prospecting, qualification, fact finding, quoting, and closing steps. Identifies and qualifies targets according to the Go To Market Strategies. Manages the leads in Salesforce (SFDC) and follows up with Commercial Development Managers to identify high level targets and engagement. Works in collaboration with Commercial Operations to procure accurate customer forecasts and create dashboards and reports in SFDC for specific commercial metrics. Supports the Product Management team by collecting and documenting customer and competitive market intelligence. Identifies and reports on opportunities for improvements in the commercial sales process and metrics.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree required in Business or related fields with knowledge of Life Sciences industry. Minimum of five (5) years' experience with B2B client interactions preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs (excel, Power Point, Word) Experience with Contract and Proposal writing. Considerable interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to clients, develop relationships and present creative solutions.
