As part of our growing emergency response team, we are seeking a driven and compassionate Outside Sales Representative to serve as one of the first points of contact for property owners during times of crisis. Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative is a field-based sales position responsible for responding to emergency property loss situations, building relationships within the community, and generating restoration project opportunities. This role requires professionalism, empathy, urgency, and strong communication skills while working directly with homeowners, business owners and first responders. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with uncapped commission potential for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities

THIS IS A 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

Respond to fire, water, and emergency property loss scenes. Generate leads and secure restoration project opportunities for the company Build trust with homeowners during emotionally stressful situations Educate clients on the emergency mitigation and restoration process Develop and maintain relationships with local fire departments, first responders Communicate critical information to office staff and field production teams Represent STOP Restoration with professionalism, integrity, urgency, and compassion Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities to grow referral relationships Qualifications & Preferred Experience Previous experience in outside sales, restoration sales, construction sales, or emergency services preferred Prior experience as a firefighter, EMT, law enforcement officer, military service member, or similar emergency response role is highly valued Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Confident, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently.
