We specialize in wholesale distribution, retail partnerships, and premium hemp-derived products. We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to expand our wholesale presence and build long-term client relationships within their assigned territories. Position Overview We are looking for ambitious Wholesale Sales Representatives to acquire and manage new wholesale accounts within designated territories. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking skills, outside sales experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Representatives will be responsible for prospecting smoke shops, CBD stores, vape shops, dispensaries, convenience stores, and other qualified retail partners to carry our product lines. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new wholesale accounts within assigned territories Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners Conduct in-person sales visits, cold outreach, and follow-up communications Present company catalogs, pricing, and product offerings to potential clients Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and outreach Maintain account activity and sales pipeline through company CRM systems Coordinate with internal operations and fulfillment teams regarding orders Stay informed on hemp industry trends, products, and regulations Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional events when applicable Qualifications Prior sales experience preferred (outside sales, B2B sales, hemp/cannabis, vape, tobacco, beverage, or related industries is a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory Comfortable with cold calling and in-person account acquisition Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing ability Knowledge of hemp-derived cannabinoid products is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Commission-only compensation structure with uncapped earning potential High commission opportunities on wholesale account sales Flexible schedule and autonomy within your territory Employee discount on company products Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is hungry, competitive, personable, and capable of building long-term wholesale relationships.
