I. Keating/Ashley Homestore has served as the home furnishings leader in Western North Dakota since 1934. We provide top name brands for all different price points to satisfy a wide variety of customers. What it's like to work here: Our company is family owned and operated. The environment in the store is much like a family. There is a great support system in place to help our team succeed. Our team shares a positive attitude, tons of flexibility, a great benefit package, and unlimited opportunities for income. Our sales people make between $50,000 and $150,000 depending on how much they sell. The average sales person in our Dickinson location earns around $70,000 per year. Base pay for a new hire is $22.50 per hour plus 3% commission on delivered merchandise for up to 22 weeks. After those 22 weeks or when commissions exceed the base, a salesperson is transitioned to full commission. A day in the life as a furniture consultant: As the face of the organization, our sales team helps our guests find the perfect home furnishing items to help turn their house into a home, a place to make memories with their families. It is a very fast paced environment where making friends with every person that walks through our doors is a priority. Qualifications to be a sales consultant:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
