Role:

We are seeking a motivated Outside/Inside Sales Representative to help solve customer challenges, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth across tires, mechanical services, alignments, fleet services, wheels, and related solutions . This role focuses on expanding existing accounts, developing new business, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys being in the field, working directly with customers, and partnering with internal service teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional phone and face-to-face customer service. Establish, service, and maintain customer accounts using customer growth and new customer call sheets. Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming, and timely manner. Work closely with the Location Manager to review morning sales numbers and goals. Qualify customers for proper fitment, style, and product, coordinating with the service department to fulfill needs. Ensure all work orders and customer data are processed accurately, including VIN numbers, contact information, vehicle details, and service notes. Manage billing, credit card processing, and in-house credit card setup. Complete national account and government paperwork accurately and on time. Obtain necessary approvals for fleet services and process related paperwork. Perform closing procedures, including credit card machine closure, till count down, and showroom cleaning. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Participate in company events and training sessions as required.

• Friday, 7:30 AM
• 5:00 PM Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM
• Noon Additional hours may be required to accommodate customer needs and seasonal fluctuations.

Compensation:

$55,000

• $75,000 first year (DOE).

Opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually through a commission structure after the first year.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (Service Writing experience preferred). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific software. Must be legally eligible to drive a company vehicle with an insurable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for prolonged periods.
