What You'll Do As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in growing our business by: Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients who need staffing solutions. Building & Managing Client Relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients. Consultative Selling
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that drive their success. Negotiating & Closing Deals
  • Craft competitive proposals and close contracts to expand our market presence. Collaborating with the Recruiting Team
  • Work closely with our recruiters to ensure we deliver the best talent to our clients. What We're Looking For
  • Sales & Business Development Experience
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, staffing, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills
  • Ability to connect with clients and build long-term partnerships.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Understanding client challenges and offering creative workforce solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required)
