MODbath is seeking a motivated and professional Design Consultant to meet with homeowners, design customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and guide customers through the buying process from consultation to contract. We specialize in premium bath and shower remodeling solutions that improve comfort, safety, functionality, and style. Our company-generated appointments, strong marketing presence, and dedicated installation team allow you to focus on building relationships, creating solutions, and closing sales. This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are confident presenting in the home, managing the customer experience, and earning a substantial income based on performance. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations Evaluate customer needs, goals, and project requirements Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions Present products, design options, and financing solutions Prepare proposals and guide homeowners through the decision-making process Negotiate agreements and close sales Complete contracts, measurements, specifications, and required documentation Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle Utilize CRM software to manage opportunities and customer information Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience Proven track record of closing residential sales Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners Self-motivated and results-oriented Organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Bathroom remodeling sales Home improvement sales Kitchen, bath, remodeling, HVAC, roofing, solar, windows, or similar industries Financing discussions and payment options One-call-close sales environments Structured sales processes Compensation & Benefits Uncapped earning potential First-year earnings potential of $100,000+ Top performers earn more than $200,000 annually Company-generated appointments Full-time W-2 position 401(k) with company match after one year Ongoing sales training and professional development Health, vision, and life insurance Dedicated installation and customer support teams Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why MODbath?
