Your primary focus in this role will be lead booking calls and in-person sales ordering appointments. If that excites you, keep reading. What this role actually looks like: As our Full-Time Sales Consultant, you'll play a major role in both the client experience and the growth of the business. This is an in-person role working directly with clients. Professionalism, reliability, confidence, organization, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence are non-negotiable. Minimum of 40 hours per week Must be available weekdays, evenings, and weekends Your primary responsibilities will focus on: Taking new lead booking calls Following up with leads and inquiries Leading in-person sales ordering appointments Helping clients confidently narrow image and product selections Guiding clients through product and wall art decisions Creating a polished, high-touch client experience from start to finish Because we are a small team, there will also be times where you'll step in and support in other areas of the business as needed. No two days look exactly the same.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: $35,000+ (based on experience) + bonus opportunities Paid time off Growth potential within the company
