• Fence Sales Representative / Sales Manager
• to join our growing team.

We are a fast-growing fencing company looking for the right person to grow with us long-term. In this role, you will meet with residential and commercial customers, generate leads, prepare estimates, follow up on proposals, and help close fence installation projects. You will be a key part of expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and helping customers choose the right fencing solutions for their needs. • Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential customers to discuss fencing needs and provide professional recommendations
• Conduct on-site consultations for residential and commercial fence projects
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations
• Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and pending quotes
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Explain different fence options, including vinyl, wood, chain link, ornamental, and custom solutions
• Manage customers from initial contact through signed contract and project handoff
• Track sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups in CRM software or company systems
• Identify upsell opportunities such as gates, repairs, upgrades, and premium materials
• Communicate closely with office staff, project managers, and installation crews to support smooth project execution
• Represent Fence Contractor HHI in a professional and customer-focused manner

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, outside sales, construction sales, home improvement sales, or fencing sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust with customers and close sales professionally
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
• Customer service mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
• Basic knowledge of fencing, construction, or property improvement is a plus
• Experience with CRM software and estimating tools is helpful
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
