Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and experience in B2B sales across various industries. As a key member of our sales force, you will engage with potential clients, deliver product demos, and foster long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate sales closures. Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales effectiveness. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the market. Support management in developing sales strategies and achieving team targets through effective account management. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or product solutions. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations. Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives. Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and upselling strategies. Analytical skills for assessing market data and sales performance metrics. Familiarity with inside sales techniques and retail or direct sales environments is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management and achieving sales goals.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
