We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Sales Associate / Design Consultant to join our team and help our customers bring their design visions to life.
Position Overview:
The Sales Associate / Design Consultant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and design expertise. You will assist customers in selecting furniture and decor that suits their style and needs, while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience. We provide a beautiful, positive, fun work environment. Some weekends will be required. Summary As a Sales Associate/Design Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. Your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and effective communication will enable you to assist customers with their design needs while managing transactions efficiently. With premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations, you will enhance the shopping experience and promote our offerings. Your ability to collaborate with the sales team and utilize retail math will be essential in achieving store goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Join us in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on design options. Learn our POS and inventory system and handle transactions accurately. Maintain and organize merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Demonstrate products effectively and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Utilize basic math skills for pricing and inventory management.
