Job Description

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow a portfolio of customers while keeping operations running smoothly from quote to delivery. Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Pay:
$19•21/hour, depending on experience
Benefits:
Great benefits available upon hire What You'll Do Prepare and process sales quotes, orders and revisions with accuracy Manage customer orders in ERP/MRP systems and maintain detailed records Serve as a primary point of contact for customers providing pricing, lead times and order updates Collaborate with production, purchasing, inventory and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery Support and partner with outside sales representatives to grow regional accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and meet monthly sales goals Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments including engineering quality, and operations What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in sales, sales support or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Solid sales skills, including negotiation and consultative selling Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel Business acumen and the ability to collaborate across teams Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) This is more than an inside sales role; it's a chance to be a key player in driving customer satisfaction, operational success and revenue growth.
