Full-Time Competitive Pay + Monthly Performance Bonus About the Role American Recycling is seeking a B2B Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with educational institutions, hospitals, corporate offices, and large organizations to promote our professional electronics recycling services. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads through outbound calls and email and converting them into scheduled pickups of recyclable electronic equipment, such as laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, networking devices, and other IT assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to build professional relationships with business clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, and corporate organizations. Send professional follow-up emails to prospective clients Generate and maintain qualified leads Explain the benefits of secure and environmentally responsible electronics recycling. Schedule pickups for old and recyclable electronic devices Maintain customer records and follow up on prospects regularly Work closely with the operations team to coordinate successful pickups Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion goals What We're Looking For Previous experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred, familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong confidence speaking with decision-makers and business professionals Ability to work independently and stay organized Basic computer and email skills Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in Recycling, IT asset disposition, logistics, or environmental services is a plus.
